Wedding Celebrant and Minister

Zury is an accepting and compassionate wedding celebrant.  She was born in Cuba and lived in the Bronx for a while, 10 years later she moved to Florida where she resides. She supports marriage equality and honors all religious, spiritual and secular backgrounds.
Performing her first wedding for her good friends Yvette and Peter in 2008 gave her so much Joy and turned out to be an amazing and life changing day for her. Zury performs ceremonies both within the faith and interfaith, as well as in a spiritual, non-religious style, if preferred. She performs civil ceremonies for couples of all backgrounds, including same-sex marriages.
Zury’s philosophy is that your ceremony should be a reflection of your unique relationship, not just a generic script. She prides herself on working with couples to create ceremonies that are inspirational, personal, and memorable. Whether your wedding is casual or sophisticated, Zury will perform a joyful ceremony that fits your style.
Zury is an ordained nondenominational minister from ULC and a Notary Public for the state of Florida. She is a bookkeeper in the Construction Industry. She is a very proud mother of 21 year old triplets (Veronica, Melanie & Rick) in which are all in college. They are her pride and joy!
Zury has a family in which she loves very much. She has 4 siblings three brothers, one in heaven and two on earth, and one amazing sister. Her sister, mom and sister in law are very close to her and she feels so blessed and is very thankful for all of them. Three years ago her Goddaughter Sophia was born and she spends a lot of her free time spoiling her. Sophia is also her pride and joy.  Recently her 2nd Goddaughter Delaney was born and now she will be spoiling her as well.
